Rev. Ogbole Monday John is a multifaceted professional, minister, and development advocate with a strong foundation in business management, theology, and community engagement. He holds a B.Sc. in Business Management from Benue State University, Makurdi, and is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management as well as the Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria, where he also earned a Certificate of Proficiency in Management.

Answering a higher calling to ministry, he further advanced his academic journey in theology, obtaining a Postgraduate Diploma from the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), as well as Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Theology from Dunamis Seminary in Lagos. His combined expertise in management and theology uniquely positions him to contribute to both organizational development and spiritual growth initiatives.

Rev. Ogbole began his professional career during his National Youth Service in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State, where he served as an Assistant Administrative Officer with the State Internal Revenue Board. He later expanded his creative and technical skills by training in video editing and photography at the Pefti Film Institute, founded by Wale Adenuga, which led to his venture into photography and videography.

His career experience spans business development, marketing, and logistics, having worked with organizations such as Mutual Benefits Assurance Company and Divine Dental Home in Victoria Island, Lagos. In recent years, he has further strengthened his capacity in digital marketing, blogging, web design, and social media management, alongside continuous professional development in both soft and technical skills through international learning platforms, including the American Learning Space at the U.S. Embassy in Lagos.

Beyond his professional and technical expertise, Rev. Ogbole is a dedicated preacher, writer, and mentor, committed to guiding individuals toward purposeful living and personal transformation. His work reflects a deep passion for leadership development, character building, and community impact.

At Adeibea Royal Life Foundation, Rev. Ogbole serves as the Community Development and Spiritual Care Coordinator, where he leads outreach initiatives, provides mentorship and counseling, and supports programs that foster holistic development—spiritually, socially, and economically.
