Mr. Francis Ikedichukwu Onwuchuruba is a resourceful and results-driven administrative and operations expert. He has a strong record of excellence in organizational management, logistics coordination, stakeholder engagement, and service delivery. He brings a disciplined and people-oriented approach to the mission of Adeibea Royal Life Foundation from his experiences in stock management, customer relations, operations optimization and community based implementation.
Mr. Francis holds a Bachelor of Agriculture degree in Soil Science and Meteorology from Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, Abia State, Nigeria where he graduated with a Second Class Upper (Hons) Division.
Mr. Francis has served in leadership and operational roles in the following sectors:
• Manufacturing— Sales Manager, NACHI Imperial Ltd, Afikpo, Ebonyi State, Nigeria between January 2024 and January 2025
• Logistics— Sales Executive, FedEx, Lagos, Nigeria for 6 years.
• Education— Class Teacher, Government Technical College, Ewet, Akwa Ibom, Nigeria during his National Youths Service Corps in 2016/17.
• Real Estate— Administrative Officer, Goju Investment Ltd, Lagos, Nigeria.
He shows strong capacity to streamline processes, strengthen internal systems, maintain accurate and efficient records, and foster productive collaboration among teams. His dedication to accountability and operational quality has led to quantifiable improvements such as enhanced productivity, strengthened customer experience, and efficient resource management.
As Admin & Operations Director, Mr. Francis supervises administrative structures, supports program implementation, ensures compliance with organizational standards, and drives operational strategies that advance the Foundation’s humanitarian vision.
As the Foundation is committed to improving lives and creating impact to those living in the rural communities, his background in community development— particularly through Environmental Sanitation and Public Health awareness initiatives during his service year in 2016/17, aligns effortlessly.
Mr. Francis brings passion, integrity and strong work ethic to his role as a dedicated and results-oriented Administrator to ensure that Adeibea Royal Life Foundation thrives and operates efficiently in the delivery of its transformative services to the communities and the most vulnerable individuals.
